My great-great grandfather John Pratt emigrated to Ontario in the late 1800s and help to found the Seabreeze Community Church, where he is buried. An 0-4-2 Porter used by Muskoka Wood Products until the late 1940's, looked much like the original 1888 Porters at the Portage. This engine was built in 1890 for Imperial Lumber Co. at Warren, Ont. Later it was used by Empire Lumber at Latchford, from where Muskoka Wood acquired it. | |

'50; looks like you have done marvellous restoring work! Did not Anglo Canadian Leather Co. (near CN station) also have narrow gauge equipment similar to The Portage Flyer?
